I hardly use any instant mix.. and then i went to my mom for lunch and have this delicious steamed fish.. i asked for recipe and she gave me this..have u ever try those portugese grill fish that is cook in aluminium foil? well this is exactly like that.. that yummy sour-ish taste.. really delicious.. well at least to my taste..
when i made this, i just use a non-stick pan.. i don't have a steamer.. but it tastes the same.. i also usually add some vegetables in it.. so i don't have to cook too may dish..
have a try and you won't regret it.. it's available at tesco for Rm4.80..
